United Machine has modern high quality equipment. We specialize in small to medium size precision machined parts for the aircraft industry, with order quantities from 5 to 50,000. We work with many types of materials: aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, alloy steel, phenolic, nylon, and others. We work with rod, bar, sheet, plate, extrusions, castings, and forgings.

Programming
We do our own in-house programming using CADKEY and GibbsCam. We use direct downloading from our programming system to our CNC machines. We can use customers' data-sets in Catia V4, V5, and IGES format.
